ORDERING

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, click add to cart, choose your quantity and click on the trolley that is located [insert ie on top right corner] of the website.

A window will slide out where you can review your cart. Once you are happy with your order, click the checkout box located [insert ie in the bottom of the window] to proceed to purchase.

Follow and complete the necessary prompts by entering your contact and shipping details, choosing a pick-up date/time and choosing your payment method to purchase your order. You will receive an email confirmation of your order shortly afterwards.

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Yes, following purchase you will receive an order confirmation to the email you have provided.

If you would like to retain an extra copy of it, you may wish to take a screenshot/photo of your "Thank You" page after purchase.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ON THE PHONE?

To minimise any chances of human error on our end when placing your order, we encourage our customers to place their orders through our website. However, if you experience difficulties or have a special request, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service team on (08) 9328 8317.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

Yes, just call our Customer Service team on (08) 9328 8317 to modify an order. Tip , just make sure you give us plenty of time .

I CAN’T FIND A PRODUCT I'M LOOKING FOR?

There is a search tool that is located at [insert ie top right corner] of our website. Please ensure there are no grammatical errors when using our search tool. If you still find difficulty in locating a product, contact our Customer Service team on (08) 9328 8317

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

No , we are happy to arrange your order . When we move to delivery ,we will likely have a minimum order .

We take great pride in the quality of our meat products & the butchers who prepare orders for our valued customers. We continue to see strong growth in our business & would very much like to introduce new customers to our range of quality meat & ready to go meals .Home delivery is a service we are considering & if enough customers ask us then we will offer it.

ORDERING

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
