Confit de Canard is a classic dish found in many Parisian bistros . Simply remove from the tin , sear in the frypan until crisp & golden or pre-heated oven at 180C for 15 minutes.Serve with your favourite salad or vegetable & for even more decadence scrape excess fat off the legs and from the can, mix with fresh herbs , salt and pepper, coat your potatoes and roast until golden brown. Sensational!!
