Prep & Cooking Tips

Ensure the cut is at room temperature before cooking.Get your grill or pan smoking hot & season with salt. & pepper. Best served medium rare . For a 250g steak cook for 4-6 mins , 6-8 mins if you prefer medium. Rest for 5-10 mins before serving.
