Pickup Policy

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order is ready to collect, you will receive another email confirmation.

You can update or change your order by calling our customer service team on (08) 9328 8317. Please allow sufficient time for our team to update your order before pickup.

Picking Up Your Order

Please aim to collect your order within 2 business days of your chosen date.

When collecting your order, please show us a copy of your order confirmation email, either digital or printed.

Late Pickups

Due to the product's nature, orders not collected within 5 business days will be considered forfeited.

If you come to collect a forfeited order, we will need to re-pack it. This typically takes 15-20 minutes, and is dependent on product availability.

Storage and Handling

Our team ensures that all pickup orders are carefully packaged and stored under the appropriate temperature conditions to maintain freshness and quality until the pickup time.

Once you collect your order, transfer it to the fridge or freezer as soon as possible to keep it fresh.

While we make every effort to fulfill orders accurately and promptly, we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as inventory shortages or technical issues. In these cases, you will be promptly notified, and appropriate arrangements will be made.
