Ribs are a versatile cut , well suited to slow cooking ,marinating or grilling . Left on the bone for maximum flavour, these ribs promise juicy succulence . 

Prep & Cooking Tips

Season the ribs with salt & pepper or rub of your choice . Slow roast the ribs bone side down covered wth foil for 2-2.5 hours until tender or bones have popped out . Remove foil , turn over & brush liberally with you favourite BBQ sauce & cook for another 20 mins , basting again with sauce after 10 mins.
