Prep & Cooking Tips

This artisan smallgood is best sliced thickly and beautifully paired with a traditional flatbread like the Sardinian Pane Carasau, a Pecorino or hard cheese and glass of Grenache. Avaiable in three varieties – original, chilli and fennel.
