Our pork belly is a classic cut delivering that melt-in-the-mouth, juicy, tender meat with a generous layering of crackling on top. Ideal for marinating or slow roasting.

Prep & Cooking Tips

For crispy pork belly, we suggest seasoning with salt and leave uncovered in the fridge overnight before roasting. Roast for 30 minutes at 220 clesius , then lower the temperature to 180 ceslius and cook for another hour.
