Pork & beef sausage finely ground, seasoned with nutmeg, ginger, pepper and paprika. Filled into natural sheep casings, cooked and smoked naturally using beech wood.

Prep & Cooking Tips

We always suggest starting our sausages on low heat, then crisping them up at the end. The indirect cooking method will prevent the casing from exploding and drying out your sausage.
